So often we hear from our clients who have spoken with other lawyers, “They did not explain it that way…”.  We take a great deal of time educating our clients on their claim and the litigation process.  We use direct, clear, consistent communication to help our clients understand every phase of their claim.  We keep our clients updated and we encourage clients to reach out to us periodically to discuss their case.  At Rosenberg & Calvin, P.A., we do not have case managers responsible for handling your claim. You lawyer is the one who negotiates your claim, files your lawsuit, and if necessary, sits by you in the courtroom at trial.  We take on a limited number of personal injury cases so that we can give our clients and their cases the time and attention they deserve.

No Fees or Costs If There is No Recovery

As your Jacksonville Personal Injury Lawyer, we work on a contingency basis.  That means if we are not able to recover a personal injury settlement or win a jury verdict for you, you do not owe us a penny.  Many people injured in accidents are faced with mounting medical bills, time missed from work, and other unexpected out of pocket expenses.  As a result, few injured clients could afford to pay an hourly rate for a personal injury lawyer in Jacksonville.  Under our fee arrangement with our clients, we do not keep track of our time or charge clients each time they call or send us an email.
